Advanced Digital Skills, especially within the Digital Europe Programme, play a crucial role in Europe’s Digital Decade, driving tech adoption and fueling a significant demand for expertise across the EU. These skills are essential for securing Europe’s digital supply chains. leADS builds on global studies and past initiatives, collaborating with NQFs, certification bodies, and professional organisations to map the availability of courses and programs across Europe. By identifying gaps, leADS activates strong networks of universities, VET, and training providers to transform these gaps into actionable guidelines, tailored to overcome specific barriers and challenges.
Martel takes a key role in leADS by spearheading and executing a wide range of communication, dissemination, and community-building activities, ensuring the project’s impact resonates across Europe.
