Cybersecurity Toolbox for Connected Medical Device
The CYLCOMED project is on a mission to fortify the cybersecurity of connected in vitro diagnostic devices (CMDs, IVDs, SaMD), ensuring they remain safe and effective for patients while safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of private data.
CYLCOMED is set to deliver a cutting-edge suite of tools, including AI-driven CMD behavioral analysis for detecting cybersecurity incidents through advanced network traffic analysis and an AI-powered log monitoring solution that uses unsupervised NLP methods to spot anomalies, from attacks like DoS or spoofing to failures caused by misconfigurations.
Martel is at the heart of CYLCOMED, leading the charge in dissemination, communication, and community-building efforts.
This 36-month project began in December 2022.
