EURO-3C (EUROpean 3C Networks for Secure Telco-Cloud-Edge) is a Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Action developing Europe’s first large-scale, federated, open, and sovereign Telco-Edge-Cloud infrastructure. Bringing together 87 leading organisations from across Europe, the project will create secure, interoperable, and AI-enabled digital infrastructures to support next-generation services across strategic sectors such as mobility, energy, manufacturing, and public safety, while strengthening Europe’s digital sovereignty and competitiveness.
Martel co-leads the project’s Impact Creation Work Package, leads stakeholder engagement and liaison with external initiatives, and contributes to the project’s policy activities, ensuring broad visibility, strategic collaboration, and long-term impact of EURO-3C’s results.
